We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support on a wide range of IT products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to customer concerns
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and feedback
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to better assist customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Fluent in both English and Arabic

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
