Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our call center operations, assisting in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Call Center Representatives in managing inbound and outbound calls related to pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring adherence to company protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Help resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex inquiries to senior representatives as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system to facilitate efficient follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to improve call center processes and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics for management review, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to pharmaceutical standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
