We are seeking a skilled and experienced Camera Technician to join our Real Estate team in Ajman. The Camera Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing surveillance cameras and other security systems on our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure surveillance cameras and other security systems on various properties
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on cameras to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with cameras or security systems
- Keep accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure cameras are connected to the network and functioning correctly
- Provide training to staff on how to properly use the surveillance cameras and security systems
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and advancements in surveillance cameras and security systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Camera Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various surveillance cameras and security systems
- Familiarity with networking and IT systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in CCTV installation and maintenance
- Prior experience working in the real estate industry
