We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Manager Assistant to join our Consumer Goods team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and advertising, as well as a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Campaign Manager in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and increase sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are met on time and within budget
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist in creating and maintaining campaign calendars, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaign deliverables
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and analysis to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
