We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Program Manager to join our team in Ajman. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement campaign strategies to drive brand awareness and increase product sales
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns

Requirements:
