We are seeking a Cash Management Specialist to join our Retail team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cash handling and management within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all cash transactions within the retail store, including cash handling, deposit preparation, and reconciliation.
- Monitor cash levels and ensure that adequate funds are available for daily operations.
- Implement and maintain cash management procedures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate recording of cash transactions in the accounting system.
- Conduct regular audits of cash registers and safe to verify accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash management.
- Provide support and training to store staff on cash handling best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to cash management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in cash management, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
