We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Casino Dealer Assistant in Ras Al Khaimah. The Casino Dealer Assistant will work closely with the Casino Dealer to ensure the smooth operation of the casino floor and provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Casino Dealer in operating table games such as blackjack, poker, and roulette
- Exchange cash for chips and process chip transactions for players
- Ensure all bets are placed accurately and resolve any disputes in a timely manner
- Monitor player behavior and report any concerns to the Casino Dealer
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area
- Assist with training new dealers and provide feedback on performance
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Adhere to all gaming regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
