We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casino Dealer Assistant in our Financial Services department in Ras Al Khaimah. The Casino Dealer Assistant will be responsible for assisting casino dealers in facilitating various table games, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting casino dealers in shuffling and dealing cards, spinning the roulette wheel, and monitoring bets during gameplay
- Monitoring and enforcing game rules and regulations to ensure fair play and compliance with company policies
- Handling cash transactions and issuing payouts to customers accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized gaming area, including arranging chips, cards, and other gaming equipment as needed
- Assisting with training new casino dealers and providing support as needed
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as local gaming regulations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
