We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casino Host based in Abu Dhabi. As a Casino Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon their arrival at the casino
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Coordinate special events and promotions to enhance the guest experience
- Monitor guest activity and provide personalized recommendations for games and activities
- Assist guests with booking accommodations, transportation, and other arrangements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of casino games and regulations is a plus
