We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Casino Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Casino Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the casino operations, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- Manage all casino operations, including gaming floor, food and beverage services, and security
- Hire, train, and supervise casino staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance the gaming experience
- Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvements
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor and address any issues related to responsible gaming practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the casino industry
- Strong knowledge of financial services and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability
