We are seeking a talented and experienced Casting Director to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casting for technology-related projects and will be responsible for casting actors for commercials, films, and other digital content.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to understand the casting needs for each project
- Conduct auditions and screen tests to select the most suitable actors for each role
- Negotiate contracts and fees with actors and their agents
- Maintain relationships with talent agencies and stay updated on new talent in the industry
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth casting processes
- Oversee the casting budget and ensure all expenses are within budget
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in casting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Theater, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in casting for film, commercials, or digital content
- Strong network of contacts in the entertainment industry, particularly in the Middle East
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of casting software and tools
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations related to casting
