We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering management, with a focus on program development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catering programs in line with company objectives and client needs
- Manage catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for catering programs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Lead a team of catering staff, providing training and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
