We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Cement Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing and smoothing surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the work area by setting up forms or barriers and mixing concrete.
- Pour concrete into forms and spread it using tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
- Level and smooth concrete surfaces using hand or power trowels.
- Remove rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces using grinder or chisel.
- Patch voids and cracks using patching materials.
- Apply sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete and waterproof it.
- Monitor the curing process to ensure a durable finish.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cement Finisher or similar role.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in cement finishing.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and materials.
- Attention to detail and precision in finishing work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in cement finishing.
