We are seeking a compassionate and spiritual individual to join our team as a Chaplain in the construction industry in Dubai. The Chaplain will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, support, and counseling to employees working on construction sites in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual support and counseling to construction workers and their families
- Conduct religious services, ceremonies, and rituals as needed
- Offer emotional support and guidance to individuals facing challenging situations
- Build relationships with employees to create a safe and trusting environment for sharing concerns
- Collaborate with other members of the construction team to promote a positive work environment
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
- Degree in theology, divinity, or a related field
- Certification or licensure as a chaplain preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in chaplaincy or pastoral care
- Knowledge of various religious beliefs and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
