We are seeking a Chaplain to join our team in Dubai within the Energy industry. The Chaplain will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance and support to employees within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in pastoral care and counseling, as well as a strong understanding of various religious traditions.

Responsibilities:
- Offer spiritual support and guidance to employees in times of need
- Provide counseling and emotional support to individuals and groups
- Conduct religious services and ceremonies as needed
- Build relationships with employees and create a supportive community within the organization
- Collaborate with other members of the HR team to support the overall well-being of employees
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the beliefs and practices of all individuals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in pastoral care or chaplaincy
- Strong understanding of religious traditions and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide support to individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Certification or licensure in chaplaincy preferred
