We are seeking a talented and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our Real Estate team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all chemical-related processes and activities within our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to develop innovative solutions for chemical processes in real estate projects
- Designing and implementing chemical processes to improve efficiency and sustainability
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the successful integration of chemical processes into real estate projects
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of chemical systems to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams
- Troubleshooting and resolving any chemical-related issues that may arise during project implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- [X] years of experience in chemical engineering, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
