Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Consumer Goods sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing client operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient program delivery aligned with our company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple client-related programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on program progress.
3. Operational Excellence:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client programs and initiatives.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to track program performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients, outlining program status, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
5. Risk Management:
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage conflict resolution and negotiate solutions that meet the needs of both the client and the organization.
6. Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team capabilities and drive professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or client operations within the Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
