Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Program Manager to join our dynamic team within the financial services sector in Dubai. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and financial acumen, aimed at enhancing the health and wellbeing of clients through innovative financial solutions and programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical program management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for improving client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial wellness initiatives that integrate clinical insights into service offerings.
- Monitor and assess program performance, ensuring that objectives are met and adjustments are made as necessary.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate communication between clinical teams and financial departments to ensure cohesive program delivery.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to promote clinical programs and gather industry insights.

3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all clinical programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the financial services sector.
- Establish quality metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of service delivery.

4. Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical program staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in clinical and financial services.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to assess program impact and client outcomes, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of clinical program activities and outcomes.

6. Client-Centric Approach:
- Advocate for clients by understanding their needs and incorporating their feedback into program development.
- Develop educational materials and resources to empower clients in making informed financial and health decisions.
- Implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction with clinical programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline); a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in clinical program management, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
- Proven track record in leadership roles, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards within the financial sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
