We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to join our pharmaceutical company in Dubai. The Coach will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to our team members to help them reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement coaching programs to support the professional development of team members
- Provide individual coaching sessions to team members to help them improve their skills and performance
- Conduct group coaching sessions to enhance teamwork and collaboration within the team
- Identify training needs and create customized coaching plans for team members
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the HR department to align coaching initiatives with the company's overall objectives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in coaching and training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coaching and training
- Proven track record of successfully coaching individuals and teams in a corporate setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
