We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Operations Manager to join our Agriculture company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the collections operations, including managing a team of collection agents, developing strategies to improve collection rates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies
- Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to streamline collection processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners to facilitate timely collections
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities and performance for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in collections operations, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing collection teams and improving collection rates
- Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
