Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi's thriving healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Ensure profitability through effective cost management and pricing strategies.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for the organization.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and service expansions. Lead initiatives to enhance market presence and service offerings.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on achieving business objectives.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Stay abreast of changes in legislation and industry practices that may impact the organization.

- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to inform commercial decisions. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of commercial strategies.

- Client Engagement: Enhance patient and client satisfaction through effective service delivery and relationship management. Gather feedback and implement improvements based on client input.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on commercial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., MBA, CMC) is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management within the healthcare sector, with a proven track record in business development and financial management.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape in Abu Dhabi and the broader UAE.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and commercial management software.
