We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and engaging with online communities, as well as a strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement within the aerospace and defense industry
- Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of engagement metrics
- Monitor online conversations and trends related to the industry, and proactively engage with followers and industry influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with the community
- Analyze and report on community engagement metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging for the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- [X] years of experience in community management or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Passion for the aerospace and defense industry
