We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry and a passion for building strong community relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement programs to support the manufacturing facility’s goals and objectives
- Build relationships with local community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation and presence in the community
- Plan and execute community events, workshops, and other activities to promote positive community relations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community programs align with company values and business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage budget and resources for community programs effectively
- Act as a spokesperson for the company in community events and meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
