Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Program Manager in the field of Agriculture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing community programs and initiatives that support sustainable agriculture practices and promote community engagement in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement community programs and initiatives that support sustainable agriculture practices in Dubai
- Collaborate with local farmers, government agencies, and community organizations to promote agricultural education and awareness
- Organize community events, workshops, and training sessions on topics related to agriculture and sustainable farming practices
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, government agencies, and community partners
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community programs and initiatives to ensure effectiveness and sustainability
- Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes and achievements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to agriculture in Dubai
- Assist in the development of grant proposals and funding applications to support community programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in community development, program management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
