We are seeking a talented and experienced Compensation Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation operations and program management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation programs and policies that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation team, including overseeing the processing of payroll, bonuses, and benefits
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure that our compensation packages are competitive and attractive to top talent
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure that compensation programs are cost-effective and sustainable
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters
- Lead the design and implementation of new compensation programs, including incentive plans and recognition programs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to compensation operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation operations and program management
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry is preferred
