We are looking for an experienced Compensation Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, as well as experience in program management within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation department, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and benefits administration
- Analyze compensation data and trends to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulations and budget constraints
- Lead the annual salary review process and bonus programs
- Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term compensation strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support compensation programs
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices
- Experience with program management and project implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
