We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Dubai within the energy sector. The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role will involve working closely with various departments to develop and implement compliance procedures, as well as conducting regular audits and assessments to identify any potential compliance issues.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any potential compliance issues.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Investigate any reported compliance violations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during compliance audits.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
