We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance within the Aerospace and Defense industry and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in this sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
- Monitor changes in regulations and update internal policies as necessary
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues as they arise
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- [X] years of experience in compliance within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the Aerospace and Defense sector
