We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Program Manager to oversee and manage retail construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail construction and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of retail construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project status
- Manage and mentor project team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail construction management
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
