We are looking for a skilled Contract Manager to join our Telecommunications company based in Sharjah. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, including negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and resolving any contract disputes that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Review and analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage contract performance by monitoring deliverables, milestones, and deadlines
- Resolve any contract disputes in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract requirements are met
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract management best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management in the telecommunications industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of UAE contract law and regulations
