We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Responsibility Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social responsibility initiatives and a background in the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate responsibility strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's values and goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive awareness and engagement in corporate responsibility programs
- Manage partnerships with local community organizations and non-profits to support education-related projects
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of corporate responsibility initiatives, and report on progress to senior management
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate responsibility, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Represent the organization at community events and engage with stakeholders to promote corporate responsibility efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, social sciences, education)
- [X] years of experience in corporate responsibility or related field
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of local regulations and best practices related to corporate responsibility in the UAE
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in corporate responsibility initiatives
