We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Responsibility Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate responsibility strategies and initiatives within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate responsibility policies and programs in alignment with the company's values and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of corporate responsibility initiatives on the community, environment, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote sustainable practices and social responsibility
- Manage and oversee corporate responsibility projects and campaigns to ensure successful implementation
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to measure the effectiveness of corporate responsibility programs
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on corporate responsibility issues and best practices
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulations related to corporate responsibility and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or related field
- Strong knowledge of corporate responsibility principles, practices, and standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
