Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to join our team in Ajman within the Energy sector. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our company's CSR initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving positive social and environmental impact, as well as a strong understanding of the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's CSR strategy and initiatives, aligning them with business goals and values
- Manage and oversee community engagement projects, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth in CSR programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR practices into daily operations and decision-making
- Monitor and report on the company's CSR performance, including tracking key metrics and progress towards goals
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in CSR, sustainability, and social impact

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies)
