We are seeking a Correctional Treatment Specialist to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system and possess a strong background in counseling and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals in the correctional system
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address substance abuse, mental health issues, and criminal behavior
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Assist clients in developing life skills and coping mechanisms to successfully re-enter society
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in correctional treatment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
