We are seeking a Correctional Treatment Specialist with a background in Agriculture to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals in a correctional setting and a strong knowledge of agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for inmates with a focus on agricultural therapy
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address behavioral issues and promote personal growth
- Conduct assessments to identify specific needs and goals for each inmate
- Collaborate with other correctional staff to create a cohesive treatment plan for each individual
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide education and training on agricultural practices to inmates
- Work with community resources to support inmates' transition back into society
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a correctional setting
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices and their therapeutic benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and treatment modalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
