We are seeking a talented and experienced Counselor to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a background in counseling or psychology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to employees in need of support, including but not limited to stress management, conflict resolution, and personal issues
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals seeking counseling services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions
- Collaborate with other members of the HR and management team to provide support and guidance to employees
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in counseling and mental health support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field
