We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant in our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Creative Assistant will work closely with the marketing and design teams to assist in the development and execution of various creative projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and packaging
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and engaging campaigns
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to inform creative strategies
- Provide support in the production of visual content for digital and print platforms
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Assist in the organization and management of creative assets and files
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
