We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our creative team to produce innovative and engaging marketing materials for our real estate projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in developing and implementing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and advertising materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that all creative materials align with the overall brand strategy and objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the creative output of the team
- Present and pitch creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field
