We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Criminal Justice Instructor to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal justice and law enforcement, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures and workshops on criminal justice topics
- Create and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on their academic progress
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in criminal justice and telecommunications
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students
- Participate in curriculum development and review processes
- Mentor and support students in their academic and professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in criminal justice or law enforcement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and regulations
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technologies
- Certification in teaching or instructional design is a plus
