We are looking for a Crop Advisor Assistant to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a desire to support farmers in maximizing their crop yields.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Crop Advisors in conducting field visits to assess crop health and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collect and analyze data on soil quality, water usage, and crop performance
- Assist in creating crop management plans and schedules for farmers
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of agricultural inputs, such as fertilizers and pesticides
- Provide support to farmers in implementing sustainable farming practices
- Keep detailed records of field observations and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of crop management techniques and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
