We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relations Operations Manager to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of the customer relations department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer relations strategies and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage a team of customer relations representatives and oversee their day-to-day activities
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in resolving customer issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular training sessions for customer relations staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relations management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relations management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving customer satisfaction goals
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relations management software
