We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and a passion for providing excellent administrative support in a medical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain electronic health records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Process billing and insurance claims
- Assist with medical coding and billing procedures
- Manage inventory of office and medical supplies
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
Qualifications:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a medical administrative role
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with telecommunications systems and technology
