We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer goods and a proven track record of managing sourcing operations programs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing operations with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the end-to-end sourcing process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing operations effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in consumer goods
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sourcing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
