We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their transportation and logistics inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
