We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Casino Surveillance Operator Assistant in our Aerospace and Defense division based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring and maintaining surveillance operations within the casino to ensure the safety and security of all patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring surveillance cameras and equipment to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all surveillance activities and incidents
- Collaborate with the surveillance team to investigate any security concerns or incidents
- Assist in conducting regular audits and checks of surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Provide support to the Casino Surveillance Operator in identifying and addressing potential security threats
- Assist in training new surveillance team members on proper surveillance procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in surveillance operations or security roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and technology
