We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, in order to drive sales and increase market share in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide training and support to channel partners to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure smooth execution of channel strategies
- Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, including sales forecasts, budgets, and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in channel management or sales in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
