We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Operations Manager to join our team in Ajman. The Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our channel operations, including developing and implementing channel strategies, overseeing channel partners, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Manage relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are effectively representing our products.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop channel-specific promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the channel network.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to channel partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
