We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to lead the communications strategy for our Consumer Goods company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing strategic communication plans that effectively promote the brand and engage with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of communication professionals to execute PR campaigns, media relations, social media strategies, and internal communications initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key media outlets and influencers to ensure positive coverage and brand visibility.
- Oversee crisis communication strategies and serve as the company spokesperson during times of adversity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a communications leadership role within the Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing communication strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
