We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Revenue Operations Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Chief Revenue Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions within the organization, with a focus on driving growth and profitability in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive the organization's financial performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across all revenue-generating functions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation in revenue generation.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, sales tactics, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and optimize revenue generation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in the education sector or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
