We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Advocate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Child Advocate in the energy industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of children who may be impacted by energy-related projects and activities.

Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the rights and best interests of children affected by energy projects, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to develop and implement programs and policies that protect and support children in the energy sector.
- Conduct assessments and investigations to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities for children in energy-related environments.
- Provide support and resources to children and families in need, including counseling, legal assistance, and access to essential services.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of energy projects on children, and advocate for sustainable and responsible practices that prioritize child welfare.
- Raise awareness about child rights and promote child protection within the energy industry and the wider community.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, child advocacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in child protection, advocacy, or social services.
- Knowledge of child rights, child protection laws, and international conventions on children's rights.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build partnerships for the benefit of children.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
